Co-Founder & Planning Manager

Omar Jellah

With over 25 years of experience in the tourism industry, Omar Jellah is the Co-Founder and Planning Manager of Toubkal Peaks Travel.

He began his career in 2000 as a tour guide, working alongside international travel companies, tour operators and independent travellers. In 2006, driven by his passion for travel and his love for Morocco, he established his own travel company with a vision of sharing the country's authentic beauty, rich culture and extraordinary landscapes with visitors from around the world.

Throughout his career, Omar has gained extensive experience leading and organising journeys across Morocco, from the breathtaking Atlas Mountains and the vast Sahara Desert to the Imperial Cities, historic landmarks and traditional Berber villages.

Today, he combines his extensive field experience, in-depth local knowledge and passion for hospitality to plan and coordinate tailor-made private tours, trekking adventures and authentic cultural experiences.

His philosophy is simple: to create meaningful journeys, build genuine connections and offer every traveller an unforgettable experience of Morocco.

Mohamed
Mohamed is one of the leading tour guides at Toubkal Peaks Travel, specialising in private and tailor-made tours across Morocco. Since joining our team in 2016, he has gained extensive experience working with international travel agencies, independent travellers and private groups from around the world.
Born and raised in the High Atlas Mountains, Mohamed has a deep connection to his Amazigh heritage, local traditions and the natural beauty of his homeland. He is passionate about sharing Morocco’s rich history, diverse cultures, breathtaking landscapes and authentic village life.
His goal is to create meaningful and memorable journeys, bringing travellers closer to local communities. With his warm personality, local knowledge and passion for hospitality, he makes every journey a unique experience.

Rachid
Rachid is an experienced Moroccan guide with a deep knowledge of the High Atlas Mountains and the Sahara Desert. Specialising in Mount Toubkal expeditions, mountain trekking and desert tours, he combines local expertise, knowledge of Berber culture and a genuine passion for showcasing Morocco.
With a strong connection to the region and its traditions, Rachid is dedicated to delivering safe, authentic and personalised travel experiences. His aim is to introduce visitors to Morocco’s spectacular landscapes, rich cultural heritage and traditional way of life, creating memorable journeys for travellers from around the world.
Multilingual Guide & Cultural Explorer
Brahim
With many years of experience in the tourism industry, Brahim brings a wealth of knowledge, curiosity and cultural understanding to every journey. He has been part of the Toubkal Peaks team since 2022, mainly guiding our adventures through the High Atlas Mountains and the landscapes of the Sahara Desert.
Brahim is fluent in five languages: Arabic, Tamazight (Berber), English, French and Spanish. Having lived in Spain for eight years, he has developed a genuine appreciation for different cultures, traditions and ways of life.
What makes Brahim particularly special is his passion for history and his love of sharing stories. Whether explaining the traditions of Berber villages, introducing travellers to local communities or sharing the history of Morocco’s ancient cities, he always brings places and their stories to life.

Mohamed
Born and raised in the heart of Morocco’s High Atlas Mountains, Mohamed has a deep connection to the landscapes, traditions and people that make Morocco so special.
Since joining our team in 2019, he has become one of our most trusted and experienced guides. His passion for his work goes far beyond guiding: he genuinely enjoys sharing his knowledge, stories and local culture with every traveller he meets.
Whether leading an adventure through the High Atlas, exploring the Sahara Desert or discovering the history and hidden gems of Morocco’s imperial cities, Mohamed brings every journey to life with his experience, warmth and friendly personality. For him, guiding is not just a profession: it is an opportunity to share his homeland with the world.
